Pharmacy Management and the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA) are excited to announce a new joint conference, Pharmacy Together, which will provide the pharmacy profession with a new event which promises to deliver exceptional quality education and skills development for both primary and secondary care pharmacists, bringing the sectors together to improve patient care.
Pharmacy Management and UKCPA have a successful history in working together to deliver high quality accessible national events for pharmacists working to improve medicines optimisation in the areas of Respiratory, Diabetes and Cardiovascular. The combination of the flagship annual conferences of each organisation builds on this success to enable a joining of their unique skills and experiences to deliver an exceptional event for the pharmacy profession and its partners.
The Pharmacy Together conference will offer an opportunity for pharmacists from all points on the patient pathway and professional colleagues within industry to attend an event which will enable and facilitate knowledge exchange and professional development for practitioners from primary and secondary care working across several areas of practice.
The best of both organisations will be reflected in the expert-led interactive worksessions, networking opportunities and poster displays.
Pharmacy Together will be held on Friday 2 November 2018 at the Novotel London West, and will be free for practitioners to attend.
Details of the programme will be announced in June and registrations will be open from July.
