Dr Geraldine Conlon-Bingham and Dr David Farren presented a poster today at ECCMID 2018 titled ‘Modelling the impact of antibiotic use and infection control on the incidence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureas (MRSA).’
The conference, which is the 28th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, is being hosted in Madrid in Spain and is run by ESCMID – Europe’s leading society in clinical microbiology and infectious diseases.
The world’s leading experts will join the most important congress in infectious diseases, infection control and clinical microbiology to present and discuss the latest results. The event boasts a comprehensive scientific programme with keynote lectures, symposia, oral and poster sessions as well as educational formats on parallel tracks.
