The Northern Trust held its annual Chairman’s Awards at the Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena in December to celebrate the success of dedicated teams and individual staff.
The Regional Prescribing Support Pharmacy Service was the overall winner in the Partnership Award Category and the IMPACT Agewell (Involving Care to Prescribe Alternative Care Together) Team was Runner-up in the Integrated Services Award Category.
The awards recognise and reward colleagues who work to deliver high quality, effective and innovative services for the benefit of service users. There are six award categories which are based on the Trust Vision and are underpinned by the CORE Values.
Bob McCann, Chairman of the Northern Trust said: “We are delighted that we have received so many applications, 111 entries in total which shows just some of the great work being done across the Trust.
“During the judging process it was great to read such positive stories about the pioneering, innovative work that is taking place across the Trust”.
The awards were presented by Marie Roulston, Director of Social Care and Children, Health and Social Care Board.
