Launched in March 2025 with Peace Plus funding, iMPROVE is a 4-year, 10-partner initiative across Northern Ireland (NI), Ireland, and Scotland. It develops care pathways to optimise prescribing, improve community access, and ease primary care pressures. Leveraging Scotland’s expertise in polypharmacy and pharmacogenomics (PGx), iMPROVE embeds personalised medicine and medication reviews to boost patient safety, outcomes, and resource efficiency, leaving a legacy of empowered patients and safer prescribing.
