ESCP Autumn Symposium 2026
MOIC is delighted to be contributing to the ESCP Autumn Symposium 2026, taking place in Almada, Portugal, from 12–14 October 2026.
Focused on bridging gaps in the digital transition of care, the symposium will bring together clinical pharmacy professionals, educators and researchers from across Europe for three days of discussion, learning and collaboration.
As part of the programme, MOIC will deliver two workshops showcasing innovative approaches to medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy practice. Joanne Brown and Anita Hogg will moderate a session on Medicine Review: Implementation Across Settings and Shared Learning Through Case Studies, while Anita Hogg and Michael Scott will lead Innovative Clinical Pharmacy Practices: European Scale and Spread, exploring opportunities to share and adopt successful models of care across healthcare systems.
