Professor Cathy Harrison, Department of Health NI shared work on NI innovative clinical pharmacy practices at the 4th Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacy in Zagreb.

The 4th Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacy plans brought together eminent experts from various fields of pharmacotherapy from Croatia and other countries. The Congress covered topics in the field of pharmacotherapy management and complications of cardiovascular diseases, hematological diseases, nephrological diseases, infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases in gastroenterology and rheumatology. Professor Cathy Harrison, Department of Health NI and Anita Hogg were excited to share work on NI innovative clinical pharmacy practices at the congress in Zagreb.
