The Stop Smoking Service in Community Pharmacy is a regional service contracted with the Public Health Agency (PHA). It offers tobacco smokers a twelve-week programme of behavioural support and a weekly supply of nicotine replacements therapy (NRT) if appropriate. The Department of Health (DoH) commissioned MOIC to evaluate the Community Pharmacy Stop Smoking Service.
