2026 All-Island Medication Safety Conference
MOIC is proud to be part of the organising committee for this year’s conference, which will focus on the theme “Medication Safety for All Generations: Practice and Innovation Across the Island.”
The theme highlights the fact that medication safety challenges vary across different age groups and care settings, requiring tailored approaches to meet the needs of patients at every stage of life. It also recognises that advancing medication safety depends not only on individual vigilance, but increasingly on the effective use of systems, technology and innovative practices.
Bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers and patient representatives from across the island of Ireland, the conference will provide an opportunity to share best practice, showcase innovation and explore collaborative solutions to improve medication safety and patient outcomes for all generations.
